The supercomputer most don't use
We all have a supercomputer inside of us.
But 99% use it WRONG.
Majority of people don't even know that their mind consists of 2 parts.
The conscious, and the subconscious.
The conscious mind is the one you are using while reading this. It's the one you use while doing a task.
But - that's not where the magic happens.
The subconscious mind is the real supercomputer.
It's working when you are "offline".
You might even have experienced some of the incredible things it can do.
Remember the last time you took a walk, and a problem you were currently stressing about solving was MAGICALLY solved because of that "ah-ha" thought?
Well, then you've met your subconscious mind.
It is ALWAYS working on tabs you have "minimized".
And then, it keeps generating ideas and thoughts around that tab until it solves it.
Why?
So you can finally cross out the tab.
Now, how can you use this to your advantage?
You know when you're in the flow writing some banger stuff?
And then all of a sudden your brain stops working.
It completely shuts off.
It leaves you there with nothing.
Like when your car goes out of fuel on the highway...
99% of people would sit down and stare at the text.
Re-read it, look at it, get frustrated, and left with no idea what to do. LOSERS.
But you, you won't be like them, because you are reading my insanely valuable emails:)
You will now learn how to use this supercomputer, and NEVER feel stuck at something ever again.
You’re going to do this:
> Go do something ELSE
It does your brain no good sitting there and thinking about it.
What are you going to think about?
“How am I going to solve this thing that I have no idea how to solve and my brain isn’t braining?”
Stupid.
Waste of time.
"But.. Leon.. How else am I going to finish the text?"
Let the subconscious mind do the work while you go do something you love.
OUTSOURCE YOUR WORK.
While you let it work, you need to keep the conscious mind distracted or else the subconscious mind won't work.
> Do some push-ups
> Take a shower (while you sing in it)
> Read a book
> Take a walk
And when that "ah-ha" moment hits you, you'll go straight back to work.
And you’ll find yourself in that flow again.
This way, you do not burn yourself out.
You take "breaks" by letting your mind do all the work for you..
This is how I operate, and this is why I have NEVER taken a FULL day off.
Try it out today when you're doing a task and your brain stops.
