Your attention span is reduced to less than a minute.

Try to focus on a single task for a minute without getting distracted or thinking about ANY other thing,
you will soon realize how short your attention span is.
1-minute videos feel too long these days and the reason is precisely this.
Watching a short video on any platform makes you feel emotions and makes your mind releases dopamine.
And you my friend, have an addiction to that dopamine.
You need to detox it asap.
How?
Limit your time on social media.
Meditate.
Replace social media with physical activities.
When you do this, you will realize how much time you were wasting on BS.
