WHy habits are important
The key to life is no secret.
I know what it is.
You know what it is.
So, why don’t you use it?
Why is it that it has become so hard to do the right thing?
I know. But do you?
If not, listen up.
You are distracted.
Your focus is on the wrong things.
And when you’re focusing on the wrong things, shit gets hard.
No wonder you don’t go to the gym.
No wonder you don’t feel like doing shit.
And no wonder you’re still broke in 2023.
The key to life is…
HABITS.
My bad.
GOOD HABITS.
Habits change our life.
For the better or for the worse. (that’s up to you)
You already know what you need to be doing to get to X…
BUT - you don’t do it.
Example: If you go to the gym every day and eat clean and nutritious food you’ll get in shape.
If you don’t go to the gym or get in any other form of exercise and eat shit food you’ll get fat.
It’s that easy to understand how habits affect us.
It’s that easy to get to where you want to be…
BUT YOU DON’T DO IT.
YOU DON’T WANT IT.
Why?
You’re distracted.
The media is manipulating you.
You are destroying your dopamine.
They set you up to lose.
And you are coping (hard).
It’s time to break free.
Pick up a book and get educated.
